International Court of Justice endorses Kosovo’s Declaration of Independence

In its long awaited advisory opinion, delivered through President Hisashi Owada, International Court of Justice has concluded today that independence of Kosovo did not violate international law.

Through a clearly stated ruling, the highest world authority in charge of interpreting international law, has removed any doubts as far as legality of Kosovo’s declaration of independence is concerned.
