Out of Country Voting

Central Election Commission of Republic of Kosovo is organizing Local Elections for Municipal Mayors and Municipal Assemblies on 3rd of November 2013.

If you are from Republic of Kosovo, and live out of Kosovo, you can apply to register to vote by mail on Local Elections 2013.

You can obtain the application to Vote By Mail in following sources:

• By taking the form personally from one of the distribution points out of Kosovo,

In order to have the right to vote from out of Kosovo you must:

• To be 18 years old on Election Day on 3rd of November 2013.
• You must be registered in Civil Register of Kosovo and to have Kosovo or UNMIK ID cards.
• The document that proves that you are legitimate to be registered in Kosovo Civil Register.

If you have Kosovo or UNMIK ID card with an expired date, please along with this send the copy a valid identification document of the country where you live.

Applications for By-Mail Operation must arrive in CEC before the date of 4 September 2013.
