Registration of death

Upon receipt of the request form for registering the death of a citizen of Kosovo in the civil register of deaths in Kosovo, the following documents are required:

 

1. Original international death certificate of the deceased;

2. Republic of Kosovo Identification document of the deceased as evidence of authorization of citizenship;
3. Personal identification document of the applicant.
